2.1 Generally Non-Refundable: As this Service is a digital instant-delivery service, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable once payment is processed.

2.3 Easy Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, the Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, with no further charges.

4. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:

• Review credits that have already been used

• Accounts terminated for violating Terms of Service

• Simply changing your mind or no longer needing the Service

• Dissatisfaction with AI review results (AI output is for reference only)

• Refund requests made after the billing cycle has ended

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Method 1: Account Settings

After logging in, go to "Account Settings" → "Subscription Management" → "Cancel Subscription"

Method 2: Email Request

Send an email to info@ansf.com.au with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line, and provide your registered email address.

Note: After cancellation, you may continue to use the Service until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Include "Refund Request" in the email subject line

Step 3: Provide the following information:

• Registered email address
• Payment date and amount
• Detailed explanation of the reason for refund

Step 4: We will respond to your request within 14 business days

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment account.

7.2 Credit/debit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your issuing bank.

7.3 Once a refund is approved, the corresponding service privileges will be terminated immediately.
