1.1 The 国自然AI评审系统 (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is operated by Australia Natural Science Foundation Pty Ltd (ABN: 43 692 784 599).
1.2 The Service provides AI-powered academic manuscript review, five-dimension scoring, journal recommendations, and report export functionality.
1.3 The AI models used in this Service have technical limitations. Output results are for reference only and do not constitute professional academic peer review opinions.
1.4 We reserve the right to suspend the Service for system maintenance, model updates, or force majeure events, and will provide advance notice whenever possible.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
2.2 You must provide true and accurate information during registration and are responsible for all account activities.
2.3 Please keep your account password secure. If you discover unauthorized use, please contact us immediately.
2.4 If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with reasonable notice.
3.1 Free Plan: 3 AI reviews, 3 journal recommendations, review records not saved.
3.2 Standard Pack ($29): 10 AI reviews, 10 journal recommendations, review records retained for 7 days.
3.3 Professional Pack ($69): 30 AI reviews, 20 journal recommendations, review records retained for 7 days, PDF report export available.
4.1 Paid subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing cycle.
4.2 Cancellation Methods: Cancel through Account Settings → Subscription Management, or send an email to info@ansf.com.au. After cancellation, you may continue to use the Service until the end of the current billing cycle.
4.3 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
4.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. Price changes will be published on the website and will only apply to subsequent renewal cycles. The price for the current billing cycle will not be affected. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before renewal.
5.1 Generally Non-Refundable: Once a paid subscription is processed, refunds are generally not provided. However, we will evaluate reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis.
5.2 Easy Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
5.3 For detailed refund conditions, please refer to our Refund Policy.
5.4 For Australian consumers, you have statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not limited by these Terms.
6.1 You retain all intellectual property rights to your uploaded manuscripts.
6.2 You grant us a non-exclusive license solely to provide the review service.
6.3 You warrant that uploaded content does not infringe any third-party rights.
6.4 We will not use your identifiable content for AI model training. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to:
• Upload content that infringes others' intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in large-scale data scraping or reverse engineering
• Bulk upload to abuse system resources
• Misrepresent AI output as human peer review opinions
• Generate fake peer review opinions
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Important Notice: The AI scoring and recommendations provided by this Service are for reference only and cannot replace professional academic peer review. AI technology has limitations and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Users should independently verify all recommendations. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI output.
9.1 The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total fees you paid in the past 12 months (maximum AUD 100 for free users).
9.3 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9.4 These Terms do not exclude or limit statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
9.5 In any jurisdiction, these Terms are not intended to exclude, limit, or modify any statutory rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
We value your privacy. For information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We are not liable for service interruptions or delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, cyber attacks, or third-party service interruptions.
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
12.2 Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules.
12.3 The place of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
12.4 For Australian consumers, you have statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
You confirm that you will not use this Service in countries/regions subject to export controls or sanctions, nor will you violate any applicable export regulations.
14.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time.
14.2 Significant changes will be notified through the website or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
14.3 You may terminate use at any time by deleting your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the website, and significant changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.
